Your Questions, Answered.

Yes. I welcome the opportunity to create bespoke works for private collectors. Whether you require a specific colorway to complement your space or a larger-scale sculptural panel, please reach out via the Contact Form. We will begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, dimensions, and current lead times.

Each acquisition includes:
The original sculptural piece(s) or print(s).
A signed Certificate of Authenticity (included with all original sculptural pieces, including those on canvas and paper).
A curated conservation kit containing a selection of glass rhinestones in every size utilized on the specific piece, housed in glassine envelopes for future professional conservation or repair if ever required.

From the moment of acquisition to final delivery, I am personally involved in every step. Each piece, whether an original sculptural work or a limited edition print, is hand-inspected, signed, and packed by me in my St. Louis studio.
For original sculptural works, you will receive direct updates as your artwork is meticulously hand-packed (or specialized for large-scale crating) and dispatched. This includes a tracking notification once fulfilled, as well as a final "out for delivery" alert. Please note that all original works are shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery to ensure the security of your acquisition.
For limited edition prints, you will receive a standard tracking notification as soon as your order is hand-packed and dispatched. My goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent experience from my studio to your home.

Original Sculptural Canvas Panels: The artwork is presented in a simple floating frame for photography and safe transit. This framing is not intended as a permanent design element and may be replaced to suit the collector’s space and aesthetic.
Works on Paper (Originals & Limited Edition Prints): All original sculptural works on paper and limited edition prints are professionally matted to a standard 8 × 10 in. size. To ensure archival integrity and to allow the collector to choose a frame and glass style that best suits their lighting environment, these pieces are shipped unframed.Specific framing or matting details will be noted on each individual listing.
-
For Original Sculptural Works (Canvas & Paper): To maintain the high-brilliance shimmer and structural integrity of the piece, avoid touching the rhinestone field directly. For routine dusting, we recommend using a clean, soft-bristle brush (such as a large, fluffy makeup or goat hair brush) to gently sweep away particles.
Please avoid the use of liquid cleaners, compressed air, or hanging the work in environments with high heat or direct, long-term sunlight.
For Limited Edition Prints: Prints should be handled with care by the edges to avoid oils from fingertips. While prints do not require a brush for dusting, they should be framed behind UV-protective glass to ensure the longevity of the ink and paper.
Acquisition Guidelines.

Shipping is included with all acquisitions. Each work is secured in custom-built packaging or professional crating, determined by the specific dimensions and structural requirements of the piece.
Original Sculptural Panels: Shipped in professional, heavy-duty crating or reinforced custom boxes to protect high-relief details.
Limited Edition Prints & Paper Originals: Shipped in dedicated, crush-resistant boxes with archival internal protection to ensure hand-placed embellishments arrive perfectly intact.
For International Collectors: We ship via "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU). This means your local customs office will contact you directly regarding any import duties or VAT required by your government prior to final delivery.
Timeline & Coordination
For Original Sculptural Works, I am personally involved in the logistics of every shipment.
Boxed Originals: You will receive direct tracking updates from the studio, including a specific notification when your work is out for delivery. Please note that all boxed originals require a signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your acquisition.
Crated Works: For large-scale pieces requiring specialized crating, I will contact you directly to provide a fulfillment timeline and coordinate a custom delivery schedule.
For Limited Edition Prints, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been prepared for transit.
You will be kept informed throughout every stage of the journey, from my St. Louis studio to your door.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. For international acquisitions, please note that all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the collector. These fees are determined by your local government and must be paid to the courier before delivery can be completed.

All sales are final. Due to the intricate, hand-crafted nature of the work and the high risk of damage during return shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want you to be completely confident in your acquisition; please reach out via the Contact Form if you would like to request additional high-resolution photos or a video of a specific piece prior to purchasing.
-
Every acquisition is packed with extreme care, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact ams@artworkbyams.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork.
I am committed to the integrity of my work and will work closely with you to make it right, whether that involves a professional repair, a replacement, or an insurance-backed resolution. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they are required for the carrier's inspection process.
